Software giant Microsoft on Thursday said it is looking at working with Finnish mobile phone manufacturer Nokia to develop next-generation mobile devices. Speaking to CNBC-TV18, executive officer Steve Ballmer, who is on an India visit, said that India would be a priority market for the company.
